- The Alligator is the nation's largest student-run, independent daily college newspaper. The managing editor works full-time assisting the editor with overall direction and approval of editorial content. Responsible for editorial payroll, maintaining newsroom morale, and facilitating communication among writers and editors in the sports, entertainment and news sections.
