Nothing but a 4-foot cardboard-constructed bloody pigeon accompanied by spoofed official signage, this artifact was created for the Chop Show art show in Chicago, "Four Hour Friends." Annoyed by both the pigeons roosting on my kitchen windowsill and the steady onslaught of parking violations that, taken together, threatened to erode my sanity and my savings, I made this pop-up piece and re-gifted my latest ticket from the illustrious Windy City that works.
